Belle looks at everything through the lens of people and process, believing that the experience every person has when they interact with Concept, whether a colleague, a trade, a supplier or a client, sits at the heart of how the business operates.
Before stepping into leadership, Belle spent several years as a Registered Nurse at the Alfred Hospital across Burns, Cardiac and ENT, an experience that shaped her grounded, empathetic approach to working with people and gives her genuine insight into Concept Health’s clients. As an Integrator, she works closely with Concept’s leaders and emerging leaders, helping them identify their strengths and empowering them to be their best. Surfing and skiing are her absolute favourite past times, especially when paired with time with friends and family.
