Paddock Offices Melbourne: Silver in Interior Design – Co-Working & Studio Space
The Paddock Offices project showcases dynamic, flexible, and collaborative environments tailored to modern workstyles. This co-working space, the first Paddock Offices in Melbourne, blends functionality with vibrancy. From the vibrant colour-blocking design in the meeting rooms to the use of reeded glass film for privacy, every element of Paddock Offices is designed to inspire and accommodate diverse working modes.
Our focus was on creating an inclusive environment with distinct zones for collaborative, focused, and social work. This project is a testament to our innovative approach to balancing openness and privacy, all while promoting sustainability through shared spaces.

Level 1, 287 Collins: Silver in Interior Design – Commercial
Our work on the spec suite at 287 Collins Street for DBR has been recognised for seamlessly blending historical Art Deco elements with modern design. This space honours the building’s heritage while meeting the technological and functional needs of a contemporary workspace.
By integrating deco-style lighting, period-specific details, and agile workspaces, we created a timeless yet modern environment. The “unexpected red theory” and our innovative use of materials and space ensured this suite was let even before construction was completed, demonstrating our ability to exceed market expectations.

Fletchers: Silver in Interior Design – Commercial
The Fletchers Real Estate office rebranding and fit-out project embodies our expertise in creating cohesive, fluid workspaces. The new office space, adjacent to their original site, required a seamless integration of storage, offices, and communal areas, reflecting Fletchers’ refreshed identity.
We elevated the front-of-house area with high ceilings and a welcoming atmosphere, incorporated New York-style glazing for an industrial yet sophisticated touch, and developed custom storage solutions. Our thoughtful design balances open, collaborative areas with quiet rooms, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
