We are always thrilled when a spec suite is let before construction is even finished, as was the case with EasyGo and this beautiful space designed and built for DBR. Located in the same building as our award-winning End Of Trip project, this spec suite honours the Deco elements of 287 Collins, while delivering a stylish workspace for modern business needs.
Warming elements of tans, reds and brass fixtures balance the feature blue across the suite. It’s a happy accident that the occupant’s branding aligns perfectly with this palette.
Navigating a previous demo of the space, designing around heritage features such as low ceilings, and coordinating security and access points with the bank below, the Concept team are extremely proud of the resulting people-powered workspace.
