Ronja is at her best collaborating with the team from start to finish, working through tight budgets and deadlines with careful organisation and early, open communication with stakeholders. She finds great satisfaction and enjoyment working on projects that hold real meaning, from new office spaces, clinical spaces, to the refuge homes she has helped build in Germany.
Outside work, Ronja is happiest spending time with her family, whether that means travelling, running, yoga or settling in with a good book.
