Brittany thrives on challenges and embraces the uncomfortable, continuously seeking valuable & challenging learning opportunities that shape her long-term growth. With a strong sense of ambition, she respectfully challenges opinions while balancing her growing knowledge of operations, organisational structure, and emerging business strategy in Human Resources. This expertise assists Brittany in her efforts to also ensure seamless design allocation and recruitment accountability for the Mensink Group. Highly organised, Brittany finds joy in creating order; Supporting event management is her forte, while day-to-day office management provides an added sense of fulfillment. She assists with ad-hoc HR tasks too, offering cross-functional support across the organisation. Her efforts are particularly impactful in implementing the EOS framework across the various entities, where she works closely with the Integrator and Visionary to drive alignment and success.

The transparency of construction, the language and the opportunity to be a part of a growing number of women joining this industry are among the many reasons Brittany finds passion and purpose in her role. Her experience working as a flight attendant in the past also taught her the importance of perseverance, strict professionalism, how to host a difficult conversation or two and instilled a high level of empathy and sympathy for others.

Some of Brittany’s favourite ways to recharge are; running with her 4y/o furbaby (a very active kelpie), heading to the beach in Venus Bay and weekly dinners with friends to catch up on all things over a cocktail on a rooftop bar.
