For Sophia, kindness to clients, trades and colleagues goes hand in hand with hard work and creative problem solving. It’s a combination she credits with every step of her career, from a degree in Fashion Design through to Manager of Art Studios, then Project Manager delivering more than 45 fitouts for head office and franchise clients across Australia and New Zealand, plus a year in the UK helping establish the business there.
Sophia is energised by the connection between different people on a project and the chance to problem solve creatively to bring a build to life. She wants everyone to win, and takes real satisfaction in finding the compromise that keeps a job on track to be delivered exactly as promised.
