Two decades leading workplace strategy and design across Australia and globally have given Madalena a rare vantage point, having worked both client-side and consultant-side to bridge vision, strategy and delivery.
She turns workplace visions into reality, cutting through complexity to build confidence in decisions and create spaces where people and organisations thrive. Madalena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, is an Accredited Green Star Professional and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects, and is active with WorkTech, CoreNet Global, the Property Council of Australia and NAWIC. Her portfolio includes Atlassian, Qantas Campus, Coca-Cola Amatil and Ovolo Woolloomooloo. A life lived across different countries has given her a genuinely global mindset for every client.
Closer to home, Madalena loves exploring Sydney with her two daughters and finding inspiration in fashion, art and architecture.
