With a background in neuroscience and design thinking, Ivy brings a genuine curiosity about the interaction between space and behaviour to her four years’ experience in workplace strategy.
For Ivy, good design is invisible: when it works, the end user’s experience should play out seamlessly, without conscious awareness of why it works, because all possible experiences, pain points, and requirements have been anticipated and considered. She’s especially drawn to projects that consider how people recharge, whether they lean introverted or extroverted, and how different people arrive in a space, from regular staff to first-time visitors.
As Ivy sees it, you can work faster alone, but you’ll always go farther together.
