Designing a spec fit out is an intricate art. Making educated assumptions on a layout that will best attract potential new tenants and developing the right colour palette to fit the target market and location take a skilled interior designer.
Working with the JLL team, Concept were able to design a warm and bright workplace using a light colour palette, greenery, and feature lighting to offset the limited natural light available in the tenancy. An open floor plan, accompanied by quiet nooks, small to medium meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces, ensure the office is a flexible and productive space for a wide range of potential tenants.
