This premium suite at 600 Bourke Street was delivered as a spec suite — a fully designed, move-in-ready workplace created so tenants can step in and start working immediately. Positioned beside our project for M3 Property, the space offers a calm, modern environment shaped by natural materials, soft textures and abundant daylight. The goal was to create a workplace that feels good to be in, supports productivity and makes the move-in process effortless for future tenants.
Design Vision
The brief called for a space that would appeal broadly while still feeling warm and considered. Drawing inspiration from the gentle tones and textures of native vegetation, the design incorporates soft greens, muted greys and warm timber elements. The palette remains intentionally understated, allowing the expansive CBD views to shine.
Materiality & Detailing
Travertine, cream boucle and warm timber introduce depth and tactility, softening the geometry of the high-rise context. Curved joinery and furniture bring a contemporary, welcoming tone to the space. Zig-zag detailing in the door hardware and side tables references the structure of banksia leaves, adding subtle interest without overwhelming the suite.
Light, Outlook & Comfort
Natural light was a defining opportunity. The neutral palette helps daylight travel through the space, creating a bright, open environment that supports clarity and calm. Wide sightlines draw the eye to the city views, enhancing the sense of space and connection.

Stepping into the suite, visitors transition from the sleek stone and glass of the tower lobby into a space that feels grounded, tactile and instinctively usable. The result is a bright, intuitive workplace that elevates everyday work while offering a refreshing contrast to the pace of the city below.
