657 m²M3 Property engaged Concept to design and build their new head office, continuing a long-standing relationship. Inspired by the building’s curved façade, natural light, and striking foyer, the fitout follows the architecture’s form with sculptural elements, warm earthy tones, and refined finishes.
An angular reception desk contrasts with flowing interior curves, creating a sophisticated first impression and highlighting M3’s personality. Sculptural sit-to-stand workstations in terracotta powdercoat provide both visual interest and ergonomic flexibility, encouraging movement and supporting team wellbeing. A central “think tank” defined by a sheer curtain anchors the open-plan space, inviting casual collaboration while maintaining clear lines of sight and a connection to the outside view.
The expansive breakout area is designed to celebrate the building’s sweeping sea views, with layered greens and blues evoking calm and connection- a true gathering place for the team to relax, socialise, and recharge. Warm timber accents, plush velvet finishes, and carefully selected furniture with sculptural forms create a welcoming, residential feel while maintaining a polished, professional look aligned with M3 Property’s evolving brand identity.
Beyond aesthetics, the design embraces M3’s commitment to culture, connection, and high performance. Meeting rooms, quiet zones, and open workstations were thoughtfully zoned to support both collaboration and focused work, while integrated booking systems streamline space usage. The removal of private offices fosters an egalitarian layout, strengthening team cohesion and reinforcing the company’s vision of transparency and innovation.
The result is a bright, modern, and character-filled workplace—a seamless blend of professionalism and personality that empowers M3 Property’s people, enhances their brand presence, and supports their continued growth.
