Global client OET’s new office design was informed by an in-depth personalised discovery process. Through a series of briefing sessions and workshops it became clear their new space needed to support a fun and vibrant culture while providing dedicated employees spaces for relaxation and escape.
The final design blurs the boundaries between a home and conventional workspace to achieve the ‘at home’ concept, resulting in a layout that advances traditional ideas of workplace design. There was also an important shift towards an inclusive open plan and flexible workplace environment, designed to nurture both the collaborative, long hours and focused work styles, with all staff, including the CEO, now part of the communal workspace.
OET new office delivers a strong Melbourne presence and captures their vibrant culture within a workspace that is used the way it is intended.
