International brand, Lotte Duty Free, was looking for a workspace that would appear charismatic yet approachable. Through collaborative workplace strategy workshops, our design experts were able to gain an in-depth understanding of their company culture and working style and ensure the space supported Lotte’s organizational values.
Located at an iconic address, the curved glazing in the building’s façade offers natural light and stunning views of Collins Street, becoming the focal point of the design. The new reception leads to the front-of-house kitchen and breakout area, comprising a mix of seating options and collaboration zones with a Coffee Café adding charm and workplace functionality.
Timber workstations and indoor plants bring a sense of calmness and purity to the design aesthetic, while timber battens and brass accents paired with green velvet upholstery in front-of-house areas provide a sense of luxury.
