Choice Capital had outgrown their original office, presenting a perfect opportunity to re-align their vision and direction of their business with a new fitout. The aim was to create a timeless, industrial chic office space, that was both functional and efficient. Architectural elements utilised the existing exposed ceiling, while concrete flooring, New York style glazing, repurposed ambient lighting and eclectic furniture teamed with plenty of plants completed the look.
Incorporating flexible spaces to support agile working styles, and dual purpose spaces like kitchen breakout, the final design met the brief perfectly, while also cultivating the companies culture, and improving team morale and productivity.
