Helping the public navigate non-compliant work and contract disputes has been a focus for Jarrad over the past 20 years, one part of a much broader career spanning carpentry and joinery, site management, contract administration, project management and estimation, and 27 years in the industry overall.
He believes design and build is best achieved through collaboration with all stakeholders, developing a design to suit a budget so risks are addressed at the start of a project rather than at completion. Jarrad holds a Diploma of Building alongside certificates in carpentry, joinery, building and contract administration, and is passionate about ensuring every client reaches the best outcome for their budget. He’s most engaged by projects that challenge the team to think outside the box.
Time with his wife and children, hiking and the gym round out life outside work for Jarrad.
