As part of a ground floor tenancy split, building owner Vantage Property Investments decided to add a café to the building, increasing the appeal and value of the four new office spaces also being created. CCI completed the build and fitout of both the offices and the café; including communicating with the existing tenant, and the building owners contractors, which meant managing various trades in order to seamlessly complete the project.

The vibrant café design included polished concrete floors, adding texture and style, while being durable enough to withstand heavy foot traffic, transforming the entrance to the building and providing an additional meeting space and important amenity for all tenants. Latte anyone?
