Engineering consulting firm, Synertec, wanted to create a space that reflected and celebrated the history of the company while allowing for future growth. Through collaborative pre-design strategy sessions, we gained an in-depth understanding of who they are, what they do and the different working styles of their employees to ensure that the built environment would align with the Synertec brand and their values.
Key spaces, including break out areas and the open kitchen, were essential to the design, inspiring people to come together, enhancing Synertecโs collaborative culture to promote knowledge sharing and creative thinking.
