Being a relatively new company in their industry with a fast growth trajectory, Open Pay wanted the design to reflect their business as fun and approachable, allowing them to attract and retain top talent.
Open Pays business is quite specialized, requiring strict design requirements, with parts of the organization secured off to provide security of their work. Through the workplace strategy session, Concept was able to understand how the business operated, ensuring the design maximized the physical office space, while still promoting connectivity, community, and an enjoyable work environment.
