When international workplace employee recognition strategy company OC Tanner approached Concept to design and build their new Australian office, they needed a multi-functional space. One that reflected their brand vision and mission, and global presence.
OC Tanner believes in appreciation in all aspects of life, starting with the way employers treat their staff. Multi-purpose areas designed to bring the team together formally and informally, driving connection, was the inspiration behind their new office design. Employee engagement and satisfaction was critical, so every employee was provided with a window seat to maximise creativity and inspiration. While meeting spaces were placed away from windows but designed in a way not to block spatial or visual flow. Exceptional planning and out of the box thinking by the CCI team allowed the vision to become a reality.
