Sometimes a fitout requires a fluid approach between the design and build processes. This was the case with energy company Nexif new office, as the brief and subsequent design changed mid-construction, which could be seamlessly accommodated by the CCI team.
The final design maximized the space, ensuring adequate offices and meeting rooms were aligned on one side, keeping the central space clear and uncluttered, creating an unobstructed flow to maximise employee engagement. Being an energy company, integrated technology was essential in meeting rooms, to converse with various teams around the world.
