Concept were tasked with creating a fitout that was both timeless and approachable, with a touch of fun, representing the family friendly approach Hamilton Morello take in business. A tailored workplace strategy workshop allowed a better understanding of where the business was coming from, and their future direction, allowing the commercial space to be tailored to the company’s culture and working style.

Classic design provided timeless appeal, while pops of colour and fun were achieved through the use of furniture, which can be easily updated. The move represented a big cultural change with most staff moving from offices to open plan working. A strategic layout, with departments sectioned into neighbourhoods, and relevant amenities closeby, allowed this transition to occur with ease, creating a modern and flexible working environment.
