Family Health Clinic reached out to Concept looking to create a welcoming, family-friendly experience from the minute patients arrived at the practice. Family Health Clinic wanted to establish a practice that felt less like a stark medical environment, and more of a relaxed, approachable space that was patient-centric whilst still presenting itself as a highly functional state-of-the-art medical facility.
To achieve a design that was truly unique to the DNA of Family Health Clinic, Concept medical fitout designers applied soft residential furnishings and paired them with a delicate material palette which utilised warm, textural elements throughout the space. The focal point of this workspace was the white stone and timber panelled reception desk, that welcomes patients as they enter, solidifying the friendly, yet professional environment that was key to this project’s success.
