Construction Software company, Estimate One, wanted to create a modern, industrial space that facilitated simple, efficient and flexible work. Set within a classic building from the early years of Melbourne’s industrialisation, we designed a Melbourne fit out that reflected the team’s modern aesthetic while maintaining the historical and cultural value of the building and its surrounding areas.
Wood finishes in the kitchen and breakout spaces, natural lighting with the introduction of plants at workstations, and the use of polished concrete in the walkways combined biophilic and industrial design to perfectly meet Estimate One business needs.
