Client Overview
Ausfine Foods is a global player in the meat and dairy trade, known for its deep-rooted industry knowledge and strong client relationships. As the business evolved, they needed an office that reflected their growth and culture, without the need for a full-scale rebuild.
The Brief
Ausfine wanted to create a more collaborative, welcoming space while keeping what still worked. The goal: improve day-to-day functionality, make better use of existing space, and leave a stronger impression on clients and visitors.
Our Approach
This was a strategic refurbishment. We retained much of the existing built form, including partitioned office spaces, while introducing new joinery, finishes, and functional upgrades. Working closely with the Ausfine team, we focused on creating high-impact moments within a practical footprint.

Refreshed Front-of-House: A warm, functional reception space designed to host and impress, featuring a commercial kitchen and agile meeting rooms tailored to Ausfine’s hospitality style

Functional Enhancements: Retained offices were updated with new materials and integrated quiet zones, alongside a flexible video and podcast recording room to support content creation

Visual Flow: A custom vinyl wrap was used to define pathways and encourage movement, acting as both wayfinding and a nod to Ausfine’s brand story
