Situated at the iconic Collins Street commercial heritage site, our client was eager to preserve characteristics of its historical structure while also encompassing a millennial office atmosphere. CCI embraced the high ceilings, open-air aesthetic, and incorporated a modern twist on brick bond to represent its past foundations. The edgy yet practical layout created an unconventional space complimented with quirky and eclectic furniture fittings. A sense of comfort was vital, with soft drapes and residential elements offering warmth and privacy to the reception area and meeting rooms, while the break area utilized the extraordinary views and natural light.
