Forward-thinking property investment group Collective Capital needed a workplace refurbishment to bring their outdated 80’s style building back to life. The goal was to refresh the building’s appearance, upgrade the facilities, and create a fresh and chic environment for existing employees and future tenants.
Design elements included a contemporary and open plan foyer with a vast atrium skylight, warm timber screens, and clean-cut facades. Luxury lighting with black and brass highlights create a dynamic environment while sophisticated furnishing complements the space without detracting from the main features. Facilities and amenities were upgraded to reflect the scheme with black fittings and fixtures contrasted by warm tones and a mix of reconstituted stone terrazzo benchtops.
Working with the architectural bones of the existing site and reviving the internal and external environment through colour, texture, form, and a timeless aesthetic, we successfully reinvigorated the workplace, making a generic 80’s build both modern and iconic. The final fit out provides employees with an inspiring new environment and maximizes the building’s appeal for future tenants.
