Bowen Crescent, based in highly desirable South Melbourne, needed a modern revamp. The goal, to invigorate the base building and attract new tenants who could impart their own brand identity to the space.
Concept’s solution? Create a desirable blank canvas; a neutral base with an industrial edge, in keeping with the location, that will compliment any potential occupant. Exposed ceilings, polished concrete and timber floors, and black suspended lighting create a commercial feel, while New York style glazing enhances natural light. Clean lines and a bright interior complete the stylish look, delivering a stunning space that both timeless and modern, perfect for potential tenants.
