Flexible and Inspiring Turnkey Workspace Fitout in South Yarra

Concept was tasked with transforming a long, narrow tenancy in South Yarra into a versatile, turnkey workspace that could appeal to a wide range of potential tenants. The 250sqm space presented unique challenges, including chunky columns and limited natural light, requiring a thoughtful approach to layout and material choices. The project, part of a tenancy split, aimed to enhance the space’s appeal and make it suitable for any business.

The design focused on creating a bright, inviting, and collaborative environment, using the stunning city skyline views as a central feature. A calming, nature-inspired colour palette was applied throughout, with timber-look vinyl flooring creating a seamless flow from one end of the space to the other. New York-style glazing maximised natural light, while framing the breathtaking city views. Rather than conceal the architectural columns, they were celebrated, becoming a key part of the welcoming reception area.
