As such, no two fitouts are the same, and hence the time taken to complete them are unique to each project. Concept’s business model – inhouse design, project management and trades – means that we are market leaders in the timely completion of all projects we build. A typical project takes 4-6 weeks in design development and approvals, and 8-12 weeks to build.
