Office and commercial fitouts range in complexity based on the needs of our clients, the space in to which they are moving and many other factors. As such, no two fitouts are the same, and hence the time taken to complete them are unique to each project. Concept’s business model – inhouse design, project management and trades – means that we are market leaders in the timely completion of all projects we build. A typical project takes 4-6 weeks in design development and approvals, and 8-12 weeks to build. Of course, projects can take more or less time depending on the nature of the project – contact us to discuss and we can give you a time estimate based on your unique requirements.
