More than 25 years in property and construction have given Adam a sharp eye for innovative thinking and problem-solving, working across suppliers, sub-contractors, designers and head contractors along the way.
He holds a Graduate Diploma in Project Management and values the breadth of people he works with daily, from trades and engineers to project managers, clients and building owners.
His time away from work is spent running, on holidays and with family.
