Restorative Prosthetic commercial and dental fitout extended well beyond the realms of a standard fitout. As leading specialists in complex dental and implant work, they required a state-of-the-art laboratory, including customised power, data points and mechanical extraction units. Concept worked closely with all stakeholders to deliver appropriate solutions, even arranging street closures and scissor lifts to reach the 6th floor tenancy.
As well as their technical requirements, Restorative Prosthetic, wanted a space that better welcomed their clients and put them at ease. Half plaster and half window walls offer natural light and patient privacy, while timber and stone design elements were used to bring warmth in the office environment.
A tight time frame meant the fitout was fast tracked without compromising on design or build quality. The end result, a functional and striking commercial space.
