Creating a Timeless Spec Suite in Richmond

Concept recently completed this 113sqm spec suite in Richmond, showcasing our expertise in designing and constructing adaptable, beautiful workspaces.

Our brief was to create a simple, elegant design appealing to a wide range of tenants. We chose a timeless, neutral aesthetic, incorporating a meeting room, private office, ten workstations, a quiet room, and a breakout area.

The industrial-chic feeling of the space is enhanced by matte black accents against polished concrete floors, with pops of orange adding a touch of contrast.

Having worked on this site before, our team was very familiar with the building and easily able to tackle any challenges, such as navigating the existing mechanical ducting.
