Vacant for over 40 years, 567 Collins Street was recently transformed with a brand-new multi-use building. Concept Commercial Interiors was tasked by the building landlord to complete the interior design and build elements for multiple premium office spaces on Level 18. Leased mid-build, the Concept team then worked with each tenant to adjust and deliver a fit out customised to their individual business needs.

Working with previously designed interior layouts, tight budgets and multiple tenants including Pure Storage, required flexibility, and innovative thinking, to ensure each office was cost-effective while also in keeping with the premium nature of the building. Speed was also essential, as construction had commenced, while tenants were still adapting design elements. The outcome, five premium yet unique offices spaces, and one very happy landlord.
