At MAB’s Yarraberg Workspaces in Richmond, Concept recently completed a striking spec suite fitout. The project’s aim was to deliver a bright, modern workspace tailored to appeal to potential occupants.
Concept’s brief was to develop a neutral, adaptable space that would appeal to a broad range of businesses, incorporating desirable features like a flexible office/meeting room and quiet rooms, strategically placed in close proximity to the working areas.
A light palette and extensive use of greenery were implemented to enhance the overall atmosphere. Challenges, including limited external views and a single window, were addressed through clever lighting design.
Premium finishes, such as feature carpeting and feature walls, were used to create impressive FOH and BOH areas. The bright and inviting FOH, tucked into its own corner, is a particular highlight, with thoughtfully designed lighting drawing the eye.
The result is a brand-new workspace, offering a complete and immediate solution for any business’s needs.
