When building owner Five X approached us to complete their latest spec fitouts, we understood the need for the designs to appeal to a wide range of potential clients, helping to ease tenants into their new space.
We wanted to create warm, inviting, flexible and functional working environments, adaptable for almost any business or team. Our designs included various nooks, phone booths and open workspaces, allowing potential teams to be both productive and collaborate effectively. Large windows take advantage of the stunning views, and also allow abundant natural light, while stand-out feature lighting gives a hygge feel to the space, welcoming tenants and clients alike.
