For ECI Software Solutions, workplace culture, collaboration, and growth were the most significant considerations when fitting out their new office. Not only was the Concept team designing a new physical space, but also the opportunity for two companies to come together as one. With thorough workplace strategy sessions, we were able to identify the priorities from both parties to ensure the workspace reflected their needs and culture.
Key areas such as the open plan break out space, and communal tables allow collaboration and encourage people to connect, share ideas, and socialise. Taking advantage of the building’s generous natural light dictated much of the office layout while ensuring the space was effective and had the capacity for future growth. As a software company that relies heavily on technology, seamlessly integrating tech solutions throughout the office was vital for efficiency.
