Concept proudly collaborated with Centuria to design and build three premium spec suites in one of their prime assets in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD- 25 Grenfell Street. Levels 6 and 8 have been transformed with vibrant suites offering turnkey solutions for modern organisations. Centuria’s vision was clear: they sought ready-to-move-in spaces radiating vibrancy and sophistication.
Concept rose to the challenge, outfitting the suites with stone benchtops, ambient lighting, and premium finishes throughout, including strip lighting in joineries for a welcoming and contemporary ambiance. Our aim was to surpass the standard, creating spaces that any business would take pride in occupying.
Our design team selected stone upgrades and customized furniture upholstery to infuse a touch of luxury. We also introduced Hayme’s Paint concrete-look wall render, providing a fresh, modern twist to the environment.
With a keen eye for balance, we carefully allocated workstation ratios alongside breakout and collaboration areas, fostering an environment conducive to productivity and creativity. Quiet rooms and meeting spaces were also incorporated, essential for nurturing focused discussions and brainstorming sessions.
The resulting spec suites boast a fresh, modern, and vibrant ambiance, making them the premier choice for forward-thinking organisations seeking turnkey solutions in Adelaide’s bustling business district.
